A native of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, Shelby moved to Cross Plains in 2019. After opening her own small business, she was drawn to take on a stronger role within the area business community. Currently, she splits her time as a mental performance coach for Acker Mental Performance and Executive Director for the CPACC.
