Hailee Brandon is originally from Middleton and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She began her career in the financial and lending industry during college, where she developed a strong foundation in financial readiness, budgeting, and the long-term planning that goes into successful homeownership.

After graduating, Hailee launched her own real estate business, combining her financial background with her passion for helping others achieve their goals. As a Realtor, she helps clients navigate the buying and selling process while providing guidance on the financial steps needed to prepare for successful homeownership. Her approach is centered on educating and supporting individuals and families through every stage of the process—from preparation to closing—so they feel confident in their decisions.

Hailee and her family are proud to call Cross Plains home and are excited to continue building long-term roots in the community. She believes strong local businesses and community partnerships play an important role in shaping the future growth and success of the area.
